I have over thirty years’ experience as a leader in the corporate world. Years of on-the-ground connection with the people and processes that make a company great coupled with leadership and development experience equipped me with the necessary skill set to begin successfully coaching and mentoring other executives. I worked as a global vice president of human resources for many years, and I have extensive coaching and leadership training under my belt as well as awards for leadership including an MBA.
