Continuing our series in Philippians. When we live out our faith, some of us may be able to say the right things, sing the right songs, act a certain way, but what happens if we lose the “why” behind our Faith? The temptation is to fit Christianity into our own desires rather than what God would desire for us. What happens when our Faith becomes more self-seeking than God-seeking?
What is one way God has uniquely gifted you that would allow you to effectively be a bright light in the darkness?
How does God’s word equip us to live different than culture?
How can you partner with the other students in this circle to make sure that the light of Jesus never goes out?
Take out your phones or your journals and write down 5 names of people that you know that are far from Jesus. Then by each name write down one way you are going to actively be a bright light for Jesus in their life. Now, share these names and ideas with your group!
