Rachel also shares her own competing journey, and how she went through it without fully understanding the mental side of it at the time — something a lot of people will relate to more than they think.

Outside of that world, she’s big into raves (completely sober, which is a story in itself), and we also touch on identity — being Lebanese but not necessarily “looking it,” and how that’s influenced her experiences.
