Can fear be beneficial, or is it always a bad thing?

Every question has an answer, but sometimes I want to use the wrong form to reply.

Finding what works for you is a process, one that takes time, but it starts with believing there is indeed a solution at all.

What do you do when you're afraid of Now, of Here, of This every moment?

I wonder if I should tell more stories--I do like the process of doing so.

Often, the whole of a thing is too hard to comprehend--it isn't until we break it down into pieces that we can see it for what it is.
