What’s up everyone?!

Welcome back to our weekly energetic forecast series with Christy Ann. This week we are seeing a lot of work; work for yourself that is! What do you love? For those that have been keeping up with the show, you all know how excited I have been to work with the ladies of the Women of Indie Pods United Summit for 2022. Last year was the first year and Perceptionists Anonymous made an appearance discussing everything metaphysical. THIS YEAR, I came on and talked about something a little closer to my personal journey; being basically too smart for my own good!

I spent weeks putting together my talking points for this event and in natural Christy Ann fashion, went off the rails following my intuition to touch on really important areas of mental health, personal development, trauma response, and a lot of my own personal experience. This talk is important to me because you can't help anyone unless you have been through the layers of something yourself and overanalysis and overthinking are definitely two things that I have experience in.
