In this episode I explain my experience with what I call accepting "Life, Level 2."  Life, Level 2 is shifting from a pre-determined, prescribed path to a soul growth journey through the unknown.  In life, there are times that we are handed opportunities to grow.  Sometimes the only way out is through.

What IS thought?  What is it’s role in our experience of this life, and how can we become aware of it in order to influence it to work in our favor?

Thoughts can be limiting and thoughts can support progression.  As humans, since we can become aware of our thoughts, we can start to pinpoint where they are working in our favor and where they aren’t.

We are all relentless works in progress with endless opportunities to peel the onion of self-perception and uncover the subconscious shadows that have made their way into our neural patterning.
