Joe is back from Cancun, and the boys are coming with HEAT in this episode. To start, they talk about the latest on the WFT investigation and Roger Goodell's words that were spoken at the owner's meetings. Then the guys discuss the state of several teams, including the Eagles, WFT, 49ers and Titans. In the last segment, John tries to catch up with the game picks, while the guys gives their weekly picks for Fantasy sleepers and busts, This episode is one of the longer ones, but there is a lot. Halfway through October. Five weeks of football in the books. John and Joe break down the latest news from the NFL world. First and foremost, the Jon Gruden resignation. The boys then take a look at some of the key injuries from the past week including Saquon, CEH, and Juju. In segment two, the guys go in depth on three wild NFL games. A month of the season is already over. Where has the time gone? John and Joe go over some news and notes before Week 5 kicks off including the Stephon Gilmore trade and the Jaylon Smith signing. John blasts Urban Meyer and explains why he thinks he won't last the season. In segment two, the guys break down the Giants/Saints matchup as well as the return of the GOAT to Foxborough. And finally, the guys play each this week in Fantasy Football, who has the edge? Both experts debate why their team will win over one another. You decide who has the upper edge!

It's becoming a "thing." The guys get back together to discuss Week 3 in review. John and Joe have an apology to make to Raider Nation. Joe goes off about the Seattle defense while John is dumbfounded about the Chicago offensive scheme. Today they discuss the surprise cut of Cam Newton, what it means for Mac Jones and the New England Patriots as an organization, plus the fantasy fallout. The guys then go around the league for some other headliners such as the Gardner Minshew trade and the Irv Smith injury news. NFL cut day came and went, so its only natural that Joe and John go over who was cut and if some of them were deserved or not. Finally, John gets his wish as he breaks down the NFL Top 100.
