Throughout this conversation, we were able to learn much more about John's introduction to athletics through football in Philly, and ultimate journey to track and field. John also shares stories during his collegiate days at Clemson University, and how he used the loss of his grandmother as motivation during the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Track and Field Championship in route to a Personal Record. Now a professional runner with District Track Club, John shares how his team and supporters like Under Armor continue to push him further each day as a runner.
