One of the questions we are often asked is "how can I manifest Christ?". To answer this question we need to understand that "manifesting" Christ doesn't mean "copying" Jesus in everything He did in the Gospels. Because often times people do something that outwardly seems like Jesus, but inwardly is completely different. The motive behind our actions matter. All that Jesus did was the outcome of who He was, and not what He was trying to do. To manifest Christ, we must first understand the Love of Christ. This is what Paul said: "the love of Christ compels me...".

Paul writes to Timothy about Jesus saying: "who has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel". There are three sides to this saying. First, "He has abolished death", and second, "He has brought life and immortality to light", and third, "through the gospel". Death, Life and Immortality, and the Gospel. The Gospel is about the ending of death and beginning of life. The Good News is about the abolishment of death and revelation of life. This news will never become old. Only a careless reading of the scripture can make this old. This is the ultimate work of Jesus in us, to cause His life flourish in us to the full, even in the body. The key to living this life is understanding the two images introduced in 1 Corinthians 15: Living Soul and Life-Giving Spirit.

Jesus was crucified on a "tree". Adam died because of a "tree". Jesus cursed the "fig tree". Adam ate from the "fig tree". There's a parallel between the garden Adam died in, and the garden Jesus died in!  So the crucifixion of Jesus is much more than the death of a man. It is a great mystery that only by the spirit of revelation we can begin to understand! Interpretation of the Bible is not man's job, by the Father's job. Jesus said "it is written, everyone shall be taught by God". And what does God's teaching do? "He who hears and learn from Him, comes to Me". Interpreting the Bible, if done correctly, brings you to Jesus. And Jesus spells Sonship.
