This episode is inspired by some of the struggles that my clients and I  have had to work through.

 

I've found that perfectionism can come from how you're raised. Maybe you grew up in an environment where failure was frowned upon and this created a fear of not doing things correctly.

A lot of times, it comes from households with demanding parents. Anyway, it's extremely fascinating to me how the way we were raised dictates how we can self-sabotage ourselves.

 

In today's episode, I want to dive into 5 ways perfectionism can ruin your fitness goals. Some of these you might be doing, and some we might be able to prevent by changing your mindset.
