1 Peter 4:12, James 1: 2 - 4, 2 Timothy 3:12. Throughout Scripture, we are warned and told that we will face trials, persecutions, and hard times. Why? so that we will endure. Facing obstacles we didn’t know were coming discourages and leads to quitting. Know what’s coming. Look it in the eye, and keep going.

Jesus, for the joy that lay before Him, endured the cross. Why did you get into this? Keep that in mind, and visualize that success in order to endure.

We all need endurance. The higher we go, the harder growth is; the further we walk with Christ, the more we realize our shortcomings. But Christ gives us the formula for endurance.

Hebrews 12:1 - 2

Promise/Pain = Endurance

Remind yourself of God's promises and the promises of what you’re going through. The promises should outweigh the pain and help drive you through it.

On top of that.

* Lean on and press into the cloud of witnesses, faithful believers from the Scriptures, and your life.

* Keep your eyes focused on Christ!

To win the race you have to stay in the race.

Only God can make time. So, we should be intentional about the time we take. Don’t allow yourself to be distracted from Jesus, “for Jesus”. Luke 10:38-42.

Luke 10:32 - 38 reminds us that every moment matters.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then if I took a picture of you in the middle of practicing or performing, what words would be said about you? What would it as about your trusting Christ, taking seriously your craft, or working hard as unto the Lord?

Every moment reveals our desires and beliefs. Every moment can be an offering to God or something else. How does reminding yourself that every moment has meaning supercharge all of those moments with meaning?

With God, they all matter, so make the most of them.
