Amy Williams, MBE, is a former British skeleton racer and Olympic gold medallist, having won gold in the skeleton race in the Vancouver Winter Olympics in 2010. Now Amy is very much in demand, as a tv presenter, inspirational speaker and personal trainer, running her own gym and fitness business. I’m so excited to hear what lessons we might learn from Amy’s experience of performing at elite level.
