Welcome to the Perilous World Radio Show. Today, we are joined by our hosts, Jan Masters and David Masters. We extend our warmest wishes to David on his birthday. Jan refers to the Bible as the “Good News,” particularly in light of the challenges we face in our contemporary world, characterized by adversity and suffering. However, there is an encouraging perspective; these trials serve a greater purpose, allowing us to cultivate a deeper appreciation for our Creator. It is essential to envision a future free from pain and suffering, where love prevails, and there is no sin or ill will—yet our consciousness will remain intact. Jan posits that through the experience of suffering, individuals often develop a sense of humility. This process enables one to cultivate a deeper appreciation for the individuals who offer their love and support.David shares a clip from the late Roy Masters that discusses the themes of judgment and condemnation. Masters emphasizes that our perception shapes our experience of life. If our perception is clear and free from faults, our lives will be illuminated. Conversely, if our perception is tainted or evil, it darkens our existence. He warns that one cannot serve two masters; doing so leads to inner conflict, where one will either despise their conscience or embrace negativity. The idea is that choosing to embrace darkness could lead to the loss of personal freedoms, as those who have a darkened mindset often seek to remain in ignorance. Masters suggests that when one allows fear and negative influences to dictate their identity, they become servants to those very forces. This servitude can transform a person, leading them to adopt traits of those they despise.By hating what is evil, individuals may inadvertently become ensnared by it, as it thrives on our resentment. Masters highlights the struggle between good and evil, suggesting there are two opposing forces at play in our lives, and our choices define who we ultimately become. We appreciate your joining us! The show coincides with the anniversary of David’s father’s visit to the Holy Father four years ago. David plans to share various audio clips from Roy Masters, whom he affectionately refers to as the “superior one.”David is currently working on a project that aims to compile Roy Masters’ teachings in a way that aligns with biblical principles. This collection, titled “Undeniable Truths of Life,” emphasizes the idea that true virtue and understanding come not from comfort or emotional gratification, but through the quiet stillness where one can connect with God.As part of his manuscript, David begins by discussing the theme of slavery, drawing from biblical scripture that states, “all who sin are slaves.” He elaborates that this slavery can manifest in various forms, such as addiction—whether to food, pleasure, or other distractions. He warns that many people live under the illusion of freedom while being trapped in a different kind of spiritual enslavement. David invites listeners on a journey of awakening and clarity, encouraging them to prepare for both realizations and potential discomfort as they explore these profound truths.CONTACT USGot Questions? We look forward to receiving your email inquiries and questions for Perilous World Radio. This day is meaningful because it commemorates the Last Supper of Jesus, where He encouraged His followers to love and serve one another. Alan admitted he was surprised by how little he knew about these traditions, which sparked a lively discussion between the hosts. They also talked about the differences between two calendars: the Julian calendar and the Gregorian calendar. This year is notable because both Eastern Orthodox Christians and Western Christians will celebrate Easter on the same date, which is quite rare. He is on a journey to find his life’s purpose and likened this struggle to letting go of pride and dishonesty that block his spiritual growth, recognizing his tendency to cling to negativity.Alan also shared his thoughts on ambition and ego, pointing out that while they can drive creativity, they can also lead to problems if not kept in check. Brian chimed in, noting that strong emotions can have both positive and negative effects, making it essential to focus these feelings on a greater good.CONTACT USGot Questions? We look forward to receiving your email inquiries and questions for Perilous World Radio. He underscores the importance of seeking daily wisdom from God, aspiring to align his words with the divine spirit he senses in his heart. He acknowledges that suffering is a universal experience, impacting everyone in different ways, whether through illness, injury, or loss. Alan elaborates on the lessons learned during the Pandemic, emphasizing how we all gained insights, from ourselves to the doctors and the media, often through profound suffering and even loss. He suggests that in those moments of personal struggle, we tend to reflect profoundly on our lives and purpose. In a recent Patriot Outreach segment featuring Colonel Tony Monaco and special guest Representative Pat Proctor, the discussion centered around the critical issue of restoring confidence in American elections. Monaco, a retired army colonel and artilleryman, emphasized the importance of preserving and protecting the integrity of elections, a priority that resonates with the current administration and should concern all citizens. The conversation highlighted the dangers of tyranny, which seeks to undermine public trust in the electoral process. Monaco drew parallels to historical events, specifically the Battle of Athens in 1946, where World War II veterans rose against election rigging in Tennessee by reclaiming their ballots and ensuring a fair count. Proctor shared insights from his military experience in Iraq and Afghanistan, emphasizing that loss of confidence in the ballot box can lead to violence and chaos, and he vowed to prevent such a scenario in the United States. As chair of the elections committee in Kansas, Proctor expressed his commitment to ensuring that election results reflect the will of the people, recognizing that voter confidence is vital to the functioning of democracy.CONTACT USGot Questions? We look forward to receiving your email inquiries and questions for Perilous World Radio.
