Its common to hear women talking about period pain, but what’s uncommon is the much-needed conversation about how much pain is too much pain. In this episode endometriosis advocate Sophie Kinloch will be talking to us about her diagnosis experiences and the importance of raising awareness about the difference between menstrual discomfort and serious period pain.

Today Christina and Karen are talking to Osoya George from Football Without Borders, who has gone from a non profit focused on sport to providing reusable sanitary pads directly to young girls in Kenya to support them through hardship. It was honestly so inspiring to talk to Osoya and hear the difference that is being made for young girls and women from someone in the middle of the action.
