Ungdommer fra 3. klasse på Fredrik II videregående har vært i flere dager på Bæensetre hos Hedda.
Hvilke tanker har ungdommene etter å ha vært der å fått være midt i naturen med Hedda som læremester?
Hør deres fine refleksjoner og hva de har fått med seg etter å ha flyttet skolehverdagen ut i naturen.
Det kan kanskje høres ut som de bare servere grønnsaker og vegetærmat – men jeg kan love dere jeg har fått servert de nydeligste kjøtt og fiskeretter på lokale råvarer fra bønder og Bøensætres eget tjern.

Nina Østgaard er Oslojenta som pendler frå Alvdal til Oslo hver uke og bygger seg et rundt hus
Nina var en av initativtakerene til å etablere Gaiagrenda. her har over 70 ildsjeler skapt sitt paradis i fjellbygda. De bygger runde Gaiahus, dyrker i valipinien og lever permakultur i praksis!
De skaper håp for framtida.

1-4. august ble det arrangert Nordisk Permakulturfestival i Danmark og vi tok en prat med de norske deltagerene på festivalen. Dette er en samsending med podcasten "Samtaler rundt surkålstønna" med Eirik Lillebø Wiken

Eldrid er en spennende og engasjert dame som vi bare måtte ha med på podcasten. Eldrid er politiker og synes rettferdig fordeling og det å ta vare på jorda vår på best mulig måte stemmer så godt med det å drive med permakultur. Hun er opptatt av å skape de gode sammenhengene. Hun er også styremedlem i norsk permakulturforening og forteller hvordan hun fikk øynene opp for permakultur. Som pensjonert barnehagelærer er hun opptatt av å ta barn og barnebarn med i hele prosessen i hagen, og skape de gode sirklene. Hun forteller hva som er en perfekt dag for Eldrid? Hedda har vært på besøk til Elisabeth Jensen i Strømsfors på svenskegrensen
Hun har alltid gått på ”loppis” helt siden hun var en liten jente og ingen i familien får kaste noe.
Hun lever livet i Skogmesterboligen – hvor det bobler over av kreative løsninger og viser det hun skaper på Instagram kontoen #skogmesterboligen med over 117 000
Alt startet med sønnens gamle telefon som åpnet en ny verden av formidling.

Heldig vis går det riktig vei, gjenbruk på klær økte med 18% i 2023 – Mens klesindustrien er fremdeles en av verdens verste på forurensing.

Viktigheten av lokalmat- kultur – hvordan bruke mat på egne ressurser for matsikkerhet og beredskap.
Folkeopplysning – tar vi for gitt at butikkene bugner hele året?
Den viktigste sesongen i Norge er sesongen for konservert mat, hvordan konservere bjørkesaft?
Hva skjer nå mange nå legger ned gårdsbrukene? Hva skjer med matsikkerheten?
Kanskje er løsningen samberging?

I denne episoden snakker Synnøve med Rachel Selnes som er grunder, coach, sykepleier og kursholder
Rachel var vellykket og hadde alt hun kunne ønske seg – men levde ikke et liv hun trivdes i.
Siden hun var barn har hun sagt at hun elsket mennesker - så i dag coacher hun mennesker inn i de livene de ønsker seg.
Vi snakker om å stå i egen kraft – søke annerkjennelse innover i oss selv og ikke utover og gjerne materielt, om hvordan vi skal våge å drømme.
Hun tør også å spørre om og bringe fram temaer som blant annet penge-blokkeringer som veldig mange av oss lar oss stoppe av.
Vi snakker også om viktigheten av å ha et fellesskap og vennskap.

I denne episoden prater Hedda med Mari da vi var på besøk på Bøensætre i april.
Mari Nordvik er en av oss tre som har startet permakulturfolk. Mari har gjort viktige livsvalg for seg og sin familie og lever i dag på småbruket sitt på Hitra med mann, barn og masse dyr.
Hun forteller også om hvordan og hvorfor hun valgte å flytte fra byen og til et småbruk på Hitra.
Å velge familielivet på landet framfor hektisk liv med fullstillinger og høye lån
Hvordan ta med barna inn i hverdagslivet dyrkelivet barnehagelærer
Mari er veldig opptatt av sone 00 både for seg selv og de rundt å kunne gi deg selv lov til å bruke tid på å endre til det man ønsker å få til og om hvor viktig det er å ta vare på seg selv og ikke gå på akkord med egne verdier.
Målet til Mari er en gang å være selvforsynt med mat fra småbruket sitt

Hedda vokste opp med industrilandbruk på storgård i Lier. I dag bor hun sammen med mannen Egil på Bøensætre, en husmannsplass i Aremark kommune.
Hedda er levende engasjert i å ta vare på gammel kunnskap som er i ferd med å gå tapt og å dele denne kunnskapen med oss andre.
Hun er en av tre som har startet fellesskapet permakulturfolk
