What if the most powerful thing you could do in this moment, for yourself and for everyone around you, is simply allow yourself to be happy?
I know. It sounds almost too simple. But stay with me.
This episode started with a photo. Me at seven or eight years old, sitting on a rock with my brother and cousins, eyebrows knitted together, carrying the weight of the world on my face. And I recognized that face. I had seen it before, in other photos, across other years, and even in a photo of my mother. It stopped me cold.
What followed is a real and unscripted transmission about joy, what it means to suppress it, why so many of us learned it was not safe, and what becomes possible when you finally give yourself permission to come back to it.
In this episode I share what came through during a recent visibility exercise in my mastermind that cracked something open in me, what the emotion code heart wall removal process actually felt like from the inside including the part nobody talks about, why the concept of toxic positivity genuinely lights me up, and what I believe is the most powerful thing any of us can do right now given everything happening in the world.
This one went somewhere I did not expect. And I think it might be exactly what you need to hear today.
If something in you has been waiting for permission to be joyful, to be playful, to be the fullest expression of who you actually are, consider this your invitation.
