I have spent the last several months embodying the soft girl side of life. The spaciousness. The ease. The joy. The surrender. And it has been the most delightful and dramatic shift in my way of being that I have experienced in years. Now my heart has handed me the second part of the equation.

Big money.

My word for 2026 is: Nourished. I wanted to feel supported, met, taken care of, and more in my feminine. What I didn’t know was that my soul would take that intention literally and remove the thing I’d been using to avoid it.

This episode is the story of how I unconsciously contracted my own income to force myself to finally ask for help.

I talk about how financial flexibility had become my primary tool for staying hyper-independent without realizing it. Ten months ago I took my last paycheck. I thought I would have multiplied my old income two or three times by now. I thought the programs would flow, the audience would grow, and the money would follow the vision.

Here is what actually happened, and what I wish I would’ve done differently.

I talk about the career confusion that is sweeping through millennial women and how astrology actually explains it. Why I would go back and tell my ten-months-ago self to get a low-mental-load part-time job, and why that advice goes against everything I said emphatically when I left. The difference between living your dream life and monetizing it, and why those are two completely separate problems. I don’t think I need to convince you to keep going. I think the only thing I need to do is give you permission to receive support along the way.

For most of my life, I’ve been like a surfer who sees a wave coming and starts paddling like hell before it arrives. I am strong enough to make it to shore that way, but I show up spent. And then I do it again because I know I can.

There’s a different way to surf.

Last week I shared my most successful launch ever. This week I am sharing what happened inside my head the morning after.

Because nobody talks about this part.

Fifty-one people said yes to the Lion’s Gate Portal transmissions from an audience of 198 Substack subscribers. Instead of celebrating, my mind looked at the $120 in revenue and said, "That’s cute but not enough." This is the episode where I talk back to that voice in my head.

I talk about why a third of those fifty-one people donated voluntarily when they didn't have to, and what that signals about resonance versus revenue. The distribution miracle that happened on YouTube without me doing anything, and what it confirmed about the agreement I made with my Spirit Team. Why the mind getting louder and more creative with its fear tactics is actually evidence that you have moved past its usual material. The question I keep sitting with. What if it does not happen until December? And why, when I do the math, the answer is still yes.

This episode follows up on the previous episode on why highly sensitive people disconnect from their bodies. That one was the why. This one is the how. Specifically, the three biggest mistakes I made trying to rebuild trust with my body and the three things that actually worked.

Why supplements can be genuine support masquerading as another numbing tool. The cruel internal voice that was making the rebuilding impossible and the relationship analogy that helped me finally understand why. Why breathwork wasn't just a nice practice, but the direct physiological antidote to the reason I used to pass out. How I learned to relabel the sensation of adrenaline from terror to excitement and why that single shift changed everything. And why a well-resourced body is not a wellness trend. It is the foundation that makes all the other work possible.

The road back to trusting the body is long, and it’s worth every single step.
