Ten months ago I took my last paycheck. I thought I would have multiplied my old income two or three times by now. I thought the programs would flow, the audience would grow, and the money would follow the vision.
Here is what actually happened, and what I wish I would’ve done differently.
I talk about the career confusion that is sweeping through millennial women and how astrology actually explains it. Why I would go back and tell my ten-months-ago self to get a low-mental-load part-time job, and why that advice goes against everything I said emphatically when I left. The difference between living your dream life and monetizing it, and why those are two completely separate problems. What I know for certain about my own capabilities, even when the current circumstances are trying to convince me otherwise.
I don’t think I need to convince you to keep going. I think the only thing I need to do is give you permission to receive support along the way.
My programs, resources, and favorite things: See what I’ve created for you

This episode is the breakdown before the breakthrough in real time. I talk about the frustration that peaked yesterday around what I am really meant to be creating and why my latest offer hadn’t been selling. The balloon metaphor for why the most uncomfortable moment is usually the one right before everything releases. The sneaky people-pleasing pattern I discovered that has been secretly running my business decisions. Why the universe turned the volume all the way down on external feedback and what it was actually trying to give me access to. The bobcat message that stopped me in my tracks. And why I am now choosing to be the mama duck instead of chasing the ducklings.
The deafening silence I have been experiencing is not a sign that something is wrong. The universe turned down the volume so I could finally hear myself. And instead of getting quiet, I ran bigger circles trying to figure out why it was so quiet.
I know that now. And this time I won’t forget it.
If you’re in the middle of something hard right now and it feels like nothing is working and nothing is moving, this episode is for you. Look closer. Even confusion has a purpose.

I’ve had trust issues my entire life. This episode is about the trust tipping point I hit after eight years of deliberate inner work. I talk about how people not being trustworthy or reliable became my operating system. Why I spent my whole life building the kind of life I could completely wrap my arms around. What it felt like to go from sprinting in the dark toward imagined light and slamming my shin into everything in the way to walking slowly in the moonlight, seeing just enough to take the next few steps. And why trust is not built by flipping a switch. It’s built by collecting evidence, one small proof point at a time, until your nervous system finally starts to relax.
This episode is for you if you’re tired of micromanaging every little detail and feel ready to start trusting life (and the people in it) to support you.

For most of my life, I’ve been like a surfer who sees a wave coming and starts paddling like hell before it arrives. I am strong enough to make it to shore that way, but I show up spent. And then I do it again because I know I can.
There’s a different way to surf.
This episode is about the moment I finally understood divine timing in a way that landed in my body, not just my head. I talk about what happened in the days after the Lion’s Gate Portal closed, when my mind immediately started generating follow-on offer ideas and every part of me said no. What it actually felt like to sit in a flat ocean and trust that a wave was coming. How waiting six days instead of building immediately allowed the Wonder Experiment to evolve into something more complete and more alive than anything I could have forced in an afternoon. And why the sales page that finally came through on Monday morning was channeled whole rather than AI constructed to fill in the blanks.
The next wave always comes. The question is whether you trust yourself enough to wait for it rather than paddle your way to shore and arrive exhausted.

In this episode, I talk about the hyper-independence wound that made me pay for everything, control everything, and trust no one else to do it right. What I discovered when I finally let someone in and gave them actual space to show up. The wonder experiments I have been running across every area of my life, from channeling for eighteen days straight to stopping my twice-daily meditation to letting my current life be my dream life. It’s also why I’m starting to believe that curiosity might be the most powerful manifestation tool available to high achievers who are done with using pressure to achieve and are ready to play.
The Wonder Experiment is a 21-day curiosity container starting September 10th on the Virgo New Moon. Four weekly calls on Thursdays, because why not tap into the Jupiter day’s good luck and expansion. Join a group of people who love potential and who are ready to let go of the white-knuckling and see what’s really possible.
This is the beta launch, and it’s the first and only time it will be offered at this price.

Last week I shared my most successful launch ever. This week I am sharing what happened inside my head the morning after.
Because nobody talks about this part.
Fifty-one people said yes to the Lion’s Gate Portal transmissions from an audience of 198 Substack subscribers. Instead of celebrating, my mind looked at the $120 in revenue and said, "That’s cute but not enough." This is the episode where I talk back to that voice in my head.
I talk about why a third of those fifty-one people donated voluntarily when they didn't have to, and what that signals about resonance versus revenue. The distribution miracle that happened on YouTube without me doing anything, and what it confirmed about the agreement I made with my Spirit Team. Why the mind getting louder and more creative with its fear tactics is actually evidence that you have moved past its usual material. The question I keep sitting with. What if it does not happen until December? And why, when I do the math, the answer is still yes.
If your mind has been unusually loud after something went well for you, this episode is for you. You’re not losing momentum. You’re moving past the mind’s usual arsenal. That is a win worth recognizing.
And I have a favor to ask. If you listen to other podcasts that you think I would be a great guest on, come find me on Substack, Threads, or Instagram and let me know. I’m building a podcast tour for the fall, and I genuinely think you know better than anyone which shows would be a great fit for my stories and my message.

This episode follows up on the previous episode on why highly sensitive people disconnect from their bodies. That one was the why. This one is the how. Specifically, the three biggest mistakes I made trying to rebuild trust with my body and the three things that actually worked.
I talk about the two decades of daily drinking I have never said out loud on this show before and what it was actually doing to my nervous system. Why supplements can be genuine support masquerading as another numbing tool. The cruel internal voice that was making the rebuilding impossible and the relationship analogy that helped me finally understand why. Why breathwork wasn't just a nice practice, but the direct physiological antidote to the reason I used to pass out. How I learned to relabel the sensation of adrenaline from terror to excitement and why that single shift changed everything. And why a well-resourced body is not a wellness trend. It is the foundation that makes all the other work possible.
The road back to trusting the body is long, and it’s worth every single step.

I did a body scan in 2018 and felt nothing. Not calm. Not peaceful. Just nothing. I couldn’t tell the top of my head from the bottom of my feet. In that moment, I realized I had disconnected from my body.
This episode is not about body love or body positivity. It is about what happens when a highly sensitive person spends decades protecting herself from the intensity of her own body and what the path back actually looks like from the inside.
I talk about why highly sensitive people often leave their bodies in the first place and why that was never a flaw but a survival strategy. The nervous system ladder from regulated to fight to flight to freeze, and why I skipped straight to the bottom for the first thirty years of my life. What happened the day after the body scan when I went from feeling nothing to feeling everything and ended up on a cold bathroom floor. Why rebuilding trust with your body isn't a task to complete, but a relationship to tend. And why the first step is not a practice or a protocol. It is simply awareness and curiosity.
If you have been living from the neck up for longer than you can remember, this episode is for you. Make sure you're subscribed to the Lightworker Diaries so you don't miss the next episode, with a deeper dive into tools and practices.

I have been hearing about the shift from 3D to 5D in spiritual circles for years. It never quite landed for me until this morning when I sat down to journal and something made me look it up. What I discovered was a list of shifts I am already living.
I talk about the one that blew my mind the most and why constant future orientation to presence is the shift I did not have words for until now. What it actually feels like to realize you are already your future self after a decade of future self work. Why the silence in my life right now, the unanswered texts, the social media posts landing in the void, the phone calls that did not come through, is not a sign something is wrong. The COVID hall pass I never took and what I am doing differently this time. And why I am eating better, sleeping more, and moving my body not for aesthetics but to become a better channel for what’s coming next.
We are no longer becoming. We have arrived. And for the high achiever in you that has always had the next goal ready before the first one was complete, that might be the most disorienting and most beautiful thing you have ever heard.
If something in this episode lands for you I want to know. Drop a comment on Substack and tell me what you are noticing in your own life. The more we share what we are experiencing the more we help each other see the transformation that is already happening.

I just closed the Lion’s Gate Portal transmissions with 50 people. No funnel. No nurture sequence. No planned strategy. Just a one page sales page, a podcast, and a channeled idea that arrived in my morning journal on July 26th.
This is the most successful launch I’ve ever had. Including the four years I spent as a coach and event creator before going back to corporate. And it happened because I finally stopped doing what my mind told me to do.
I talk about the eight offers I launched in eight months that went nowhere and what they all had in common. The two months of saying no to everything that created the space for something new to arrive. Why the guides suggested the transmissions and why I said yes when I had not channeled publicly in years. The moment my mind started screaming strike while the iron is hot and my heart said simply not yet. And why I still do not know what comes next and why for the first time that feels like trust instead of terror.
This is what the do less strategy actually looks like from the inside.
