• One of the most important lessons is saying no and boundaries 
• We get to decide and choose
• You get to restructure and delete 
• You have permission to do what is best for you
• Take back power and ability and choose and learn how to put yourself first
• What are you saying yes to? Is it to please others or for validation?
• The first step is to write out everything you are currently doing 
• How much time are you giving yourself between appointments?
• What is NOT the highest and best use of your time?
• It can be anything including cleaning and cooking and grocery shopping
• Is there something else that you can be doing that you can enjoy more?
• How much is it costing you doing the things that drain you?
• Recharge time and relaxing will increase your productivity even more
• Listen to the signs and messages of your body when it tells you it needs a break
• Can you find an hour or 30 min to yourself? It doesn’t have to be a vacation 
• Your body will eventually force you to stop
• I have been there and should have taken time to recover and now I can share the lesson and say you can gradually do it now
• There are some things on your list that can be sneaky
• Even though I loved doing these things, it prevented me from taking the time to do things my way and for my business
• It was actually costing me money,  time and energy
• Make sure you pay attention and really dig
• Are you getting a return? What kind of return are you getting?
• Give yourself space to think and process
• If someone asks if you’re free say "let me double check my calendar and I will get back to you"
• Success is giving yourself space to breathe and think and take care of yourself
