In this first episode I’m going to give you quick background on my brand - both the visuals and my why, in hopes of encouraging you to dive deep into YOURS while opening a bit of a can of worms with motherhood.
If you’ve been around on my social accounts or followed any part of my journey, you might have noticed a little re-brand just before this podcast launched.
There has always been one constant at the core of my brand : the AND. (Literally and figuratively)
I truly feel lit up helping other women embrace the AND in their lives.
I don’t believe we’re meant to ignore the passions that we have simply because we’ve had babies — It is amazing to sit in the season where you’ll all consumed by motherhood and I do believe that’s necessary, (you have to listen to your gut on that, pray on it even) and when the time comes — its really amazing to start recognizing yourself again too.
I just think its time to normalize the & —
To remove the guilt. To show up for ourselves and in turn make an even bigger impact on our families.
If you’re ready to start using social media in a way that doesn’t feel like a waste of time you’re going to want to grab a spot in this mini course I've been creating for the past 6 months — Here's the link:
