BRAND VALUES are what’s at the core of your business. What we do, how we show up, and the decisions we make in business directly stems from those values.
They can be a compass for taking aligned action in your messaging, marketing, and in the way you map out your services.
If we can simplify focused efforts and messaging that aligns with our BRAND VALUES — we can stop adding to the ‘noise’ that our audiences really don’t need to be bombarded by when they are simply on social media to connect, zone out and relax while also giving ourselves permission to have a life OFFLINE.
Are you ready to dive deeper in creating YOUR personal brand and marketing new (or refreshed) services as you head into the new year?!

If you keep up with me on instagram you might have seen all the summer happenings and that my little guy tucker has officially started going to pre-school!
That for me marked the end of summer.
And getting BACK into the swing of things as I head into busy season wasn't exactly easy. In this episode I'm sharing a bit about recent struggles (mental health check anyone?), what I've done to get back on track, how investing in yourself can make an impact, along with putting some fun wins out into the world.
My next round of coaching and business mentorship kicks off in October and you can hop on the waitlist for alllll the details once their live but inputting your email on this form here: https://view.flodesk.com/pages/622945044e5181d777e4738d
In this episode I share five specific things that have really impacted the way I operate as a business owner.
— Taking a feminine perspective on business may be the exact game changer you need to find more ease and impact.
If you’re anything like me, some of the strongest role models you have may be Men, whether those men own and operate successful business or not, odds are you’ve naturally absorbed a few of their habits and qualities in effort to be seen as strong, hardworking, and successful.
It’s likely something you may not even be aware of, but as I’ve grown as an entrepreneur and learned different theories and strategies for personal growth ..this masculine way of pursuing what I wanted truly became non-negotiable to un-learn.
& please hear me when I say, this is NOT about feminism or dogging on men at all — there’s sooo many reasons we operate differently, rightfully so. Instead, these ideas are simply softer and more holistic which is why I’m categorizing them as opportunities to take a feminine approach to business VS a more traditional, By the book, high stress, high performance, head down, work harder masculine way of doing things.
& of course there have been many things that have caused breakthroughs in my business, including working with mentors who share this vision, but there are five topics I want to specifically highlight in this episode.
1. Tracking and Planning around your cycle. 2. Considering Lifestyle Seasons 3. Utilizing Human Design 4. Surround yourself with other Women in Business 5. Acknowledge limiting beliefs.

So about a month or so ago I hopped on my Instagram stories to share about a plastic straw.
It was pretty random, but led to so many ah-ha moments so I wanted to reserve a place for it here on the podcast as well.
When I originally brought it up, I also posted a question sticker for my audience to engage with by submitting their own quirks, confessions, and weirdness and in response I’d share with them how to create a story out of it related back to their area of business.
I highlight a few of these at the end of this episode as examples for you to consider!
The importance of telling you this story specifically, is that there are so many little things about us as individuals that we forget other people can relate to.
What quirk, weird trait, or confession will YOU own and connect with your audience on?

When someone comes to you with their wallet in hand, they WANT to spend money. Not frivolously necessarily but spend nonetheless - This is a privilege - think about it, it’s fun isn’t it?? We work hard and enjoy the opportunity to use our money how we want to.
This doesn’t just apply to in person sales though. If you offer a service or even have affiliate products that you represent— YOU can be the difference between ehhh and wow.
It’s a disservice to both yourself, and your potential clients to not be positioning what you have to offer in a way that can help them see it correctly.

I don’t know where you, as a listener, are on your faith or spiritual journey but something that has continued to resonate with me personally and in a really heightened way most recently- is the idea of us having already lived out this life. Not in a weird reincarnation type of way - but in a way that there’s a bigger plan for each of us and we’re just physically living it out right now.
Worried you can’t take the plunge, make a shift, add a service or product to your business because someone else is already doing something similar?!
Once you start moving towards something, you will start to experience and be almost bombarded by things related to that. We can get woo-woo here and call that the law of attraction if you’re down for that but it shouldn’t discount your decisions. Let's chat about it!
