He has led the Hornets to five 20-win seasons, two Orange Empire Conference titles, taken the team to the Southern California Regionals four times, and to the CCCAA State Championship game twice in 2017 and 2019 (winning it in 2019).
Webster has been twice named as the Orange Empire Conference Coach of the year, as well as the CCCAA Southern California Coach of the year. In 2019 Webster was tabbed the CCCAA State Co-Coach of the Year
Webster led the Hornets to their fourth State Championship this past season. It is the first for him as a head coach, however Webster is no stranger to championship rings. In 2010 he was the 2010 MVP when Saddleback won the title, and also he won it all as an assistant coach on Andy Ground's 2015 Saddleback team. Webster is the only person to win in all three roles in community college history, and he did it in a nine-year span.
