Jonathan Medina grew up in a low income community in the United States in a single-parent household. He's mother was first incarcerated while he was in middle school, then again in high school. Jonathan was raised by his grandfather, but despite of these and numerous of other adversities he has become an amazing Youth Motivator and author!

Dr. Juan Mejia shares about his childhood growing up in South Texas, his experiences of being a first generation college student and his journey to becoming a college president.

Dr. Bagley, Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, shares his story about not knowing much of what college was, the need for mentors, setting goals and how to overcome career and personal adversities. He explains how finding his "why", study groups and the Lord helped him persist. Currently serves as Dean of STEM and Social Sciences at Yuba College in California.

Dr. Rosemond Moore, electrical engineer, shares about growing up in South Chicago, her challenges in the classroom and the obstacles she had to overcome while working in a non-traditional career. She shares her journey and the passion for what she does as well as the need to have mentors and the importance of goal setting.
