This episode is extremely cringe and probably should not see the light of day but it’s basically me crashing out; me ranting and breaking down in tears because I’m extremely overwhelmed.

The purpose of sharing this is to let you know that you’re not alone. You’re not the only one feeling like there could be better, that there is better. You just have to keep going, keep moving with the tears, with the hunger and with the doubt BUT I urge you to have FAITH!

HAVE FAITH THAT GOD IS LEADING YOU TO WHERE YOU NEED TO BE AND YOU WILL BE VICTORIOUS

Why do I start everything with so much excitement… and somehow never finish?

In this episode of Persona by Kachi Uba, I’m having an honest conversation about the things we start with big dreams, only to abandon when the excitement wears off.

Is it procrastination? Perfectionism? Having too many interests? Or are we simply addicted to the feeling of starting something new?

We unpack why we struggle to finish what we start and, more importantly, 5 practical rules for becoming someone who actually follows through.

If you’ve ever had a folder full of unfinished projects, abandoned goals, half-written ideas, or things you keep telling yourself you’ll “get back to”… this episode is for you.

Maybe the problem isn’t that you can’t start. Maybe you’ve never learned how to stay.

🎧 Listen, reflect, and ask yourself: What have I started that I still want to finish?

Everyone says your frontal lobe develops at 25 but does that automatically mean you have life figured out?

In this episode, I sit down with my friend Marylin, aka Teddy the Stallion, a Marketing Executive and Operations Manager, to unpack what being 25 actually feels like. We talk about the realities of adulthood, decision-making, relationships, career growth, responsibility, and the moments that make you wonder whether your frontal lobe has fully developed.

This is an honest, funny and relatable conversation about navigating life as young adults trying to make sense of it all.

If you’ve ever looked back at a decision you made and thought, “Was my frontal lobe even mature?” this episode is for you.

Turning 25 feels so different from what I imagined that I had to start a podcast.

In this first episode, I’m talking honestly about the pressure of timelines, feeling stuck between growth and uncertainty, redefining success, and figuring out who I’m becoming in this phase of life.

This isn’t a guide on how to “have it all together” at 25, it’s a real conversation about navigating adulthood, ambition, identity, friendships, career, purpose and the quiet fear of not being where you thought you’d be.

If you’ve ever felt behind, confused, pressured, or excited about your next chapter all at once, this episode is for you.
