Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today’s episode, we're talking about how to discover the unconscious blocks that are holding you back from your goals.
Joshua Forsman is a leadership and company coach who helps leaders and organizations discover the why behind how they think, lead, and decide.
Rooted in axiological science and the HabitFinder Assessment, Joshua works with executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are ready to stop reacting and start leading with clarity, purpose, and a whole lot more fun than they expected.
Joshua is passionate about gamification as a learning and growth tool and has seen firsthand what happens when engagement replaces obligation.
Beyond his coaching work, Joshua walks alongside men navigating life after divorce — helping them rebuild identity, rediscover purpose, and lead their families from a place of wholeness rather than survival.
A father, a man of deep faith, Joshua brings warmth, humor, and hard-won wisdom to every conversation.

Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today’s episode, we're talking about how to find joy and connection when the typical success metrics are really just leaving you miserable.
Jason Frazer is the founder of Total EmPowerMENt and a leadership, learning and development consultant who helps organisations and individuals work out what they want, then build the capability to achieve it.
For more than twenty years, Jason has partnered with organisations across the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors to solve complex problems and improve organisational capability. Businesses engage him to identify what they need, align their people around a clear direction and build the skills required to achieve it.
Working alongside individuals led Jason to a different realization. Unlike organisations, people rarely need someone to tell them what they need. The answers are already there. They've simply been buried beneath years of expectations, responsibilities and living the life they believed they were supposed to want.
That insight became the foundation of Total EmPowerMENt, where Jason helps professional men and women remember who they are and what they want. His coaching isn't about giving people the answers. It's about helping them rediscover the ones they've always had. Because when people remember who they are, they become capable of building the life they actually want.

Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today’s episode, we're talking about how to grow in virtue, develop strong character, and continually become the best version of yourself.
Scott Dotson is the founder of Own Your Head Space.com and has written one book: Par for the Soul – Finding Meaning and Powerful Life Lessons Through the Game of Golf (2026). He has spent more than 40 years studying what makes people exceptional — in sport, in business, and in character. His fascination with what makes people the best in their field is coupled with curiosity about the connective tissue between spirituality, practicality, culture, philosophy, psychology, and success.
Scott holds a B.A. in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Illinois Wesleyan University. His career with State Farm Insurance encompassed four levels of accounting management in four different locations until he became an agent in Milan, MI. Scott retired at the age of 59 after 40 years with State Farm.
Whether you are a lifelong learner who has always sensed there was more to golf than the scorecard, or a non-golfer who understands that the disciplines that shape a great athlete also shape a great person and a great life — Par for the Soul was written for you.
“Par for the Soul captures the true joy of the game in a way few books ever have.” — Dan Budzius, General Manager, Barton Creek Country Club
“Scott Dotson leads his readers on an 18-hole pilgrimage through life's challenges and joys. Highly recommended.” — Fr. John Kartje, University of Saint Mary of the Lake
“This book is clear, insightful, and relatable even to a former professional golfer who has played for over fifty years.” — Chip Beck, 4-Time PGA Tour Champion
Scott is also an excellent speaker offering The Power of Next, Who Are You Becoming?, The Golfer’s Compass, The Christian Golfer’s Compass, and The Catholic Golfer’s Compass. Presentations can be tailored to your specific desires based on Par for the Soul, specific chapters from Par, or other desired topics.

Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today’s episode, we're talking about how to rewrite your story without fear, doubt, or apology and step confidently into the person you were created to become.
For more than 20 years, Shawn Jimmo helped build someone else's dream. He led teams, developed leaders, built businesses, and poured everything he had into helping an organization grow—only to discover how quickly loyalty can be forgotten. In what felt like an instant, he went from being indispensable to being replaceable. That moment forced him to ask one question: Who is he when the title, the paycheck, and the identity he's built disappear?
Like many entrepreneurs and professionals, Shawn believed changing his circumstances would change his life. It didn't. Starting his own business wasn't the breakthrough he expected. He struggled with self-doubt, fear, limiting beliefs, and the realization that success isn't built by better strategies alone—it begins with becoming a different person. He learned that your income rarely outgrows your identity. That realization changed everything.
Today, Shawn helps entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, and leaders rewrite the stories they've been telling themselves so they can build businesses, careers, finances, and lives that align with who they were created to become. He helps people re-write their stories without Fear, Doubt or Apology.
As a Transformational Coach, Financial Professional, Leadership Speaker, and author, Shawn combines lessons from leadership, psychology, faith, financial literacy, and personal development to help people create lasting transformation—not temporary motivation. He's developed a practical identity framework that guides people through four transformational stages: REALIZE who you've become, RELEASE what no longer serves you, RESURRECT the person you were created to be, and REBUILD every area of your life with intention.
Whether he's discussing leadership, entrepreneurship, financial freedom, resilience, mindset, faith, or personal growth, Shawn's passion is helping people stop surviving old stories and start intentionally writing new ones. Because he believes every breakthrough begins with one decision: Know Your Worth. Decide You're Worth It.

Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today’s episode, we're talking about how to rethink your relationship with alcohol, quit drinking on your own terms, and create a healthier, more fulfilling life beyond alcohol.
Colin Casillas is the founder of Prepared Sobriety™, a peer coaching practice for high-earning professionals who are quietly rethinking their relationship with alcohol. Colin spent six years in enterprise sales and GTM leadership before making his own deliberate decision to retire from alcohol on April 16, 2025. The results showed up fast. He lost 14 lbs in four months without changing his diet, dropped his LDL by 29%, and came off two daily medications, including blood pressure meds.
Colin is not a therapist and he doesn't use recovery language. He coaches the way a peer would, one high performer talking to another, using a five-stage framework built from his own experience and the patterns he's seen in the executives, founders, and sales leaders he works with. He lives in Boise, Idaho.
