Emotional intelligence...

My last few podcasts have been basically reading out my 1st few youtube videos … but I'm not going to bother reading the 6th video out … this is because the 6th video is very similar to a podcast I done a few weeks ago at the start of February …

To summarise this video very quickly … ill be basically be talking about the chimp paradox which is an excellent book by Steven Peters … and in my opinion this book helps the reader improve their emotional intelligence .. like improving self awareness and understanding how the brain works .. especially the amygdala which is the emotional part of the brain …

I will also be talking about what has helped me to manage my emotions and improve my emotional intelligence … like meditating and cold therapy … ive been getting daily cold showers and weekly ice baths over the last few years and its helped me to manage my emotions better than in previous years.

As I have said, my weekly posts, podcasts and youtube videos will be all about personal finance and investing for absolute beginners. This is going to be the case for the next 2-3 months …. It is just until I get the YouTube channel up and running.
