Hi all, 

This week I talk about how I've had a recent awareness of my difficulty to connect with and name emotions, not to mention how to ask for support once I identify said emotion.  I talk about how this can be related to attachment styles as a child and how I'm working through this real-time with my therapist.  I just wanted to share with you about my realizations and journey to knowing myself better.  There is always something we can learn about, grow through, and get to know better about ourselves.  Sometimes this can be daunting, but I also find it hopeful because there are infinite possibilities and space to create a better self and a better more fulfilling life.
