It is the end of the week. It is important to reflect on performance in the past 5 days. What something you can tweak based on your reflection next to be better for the upcoming week.

What is the value of Feedback?

I am working to balance my work and life. This is week that is not possible; so, it is a miss for me this week.

Time to get things done. There are time work + life is not equal balance.
