On this week’s episode of Perspective Points, I go over the difference between valuing being the best at something versus prioritizing greatness. As I continue to grow up and live my life, I am constantly working on focusing on defining what the word "great" means to me as a student, business owner, athlete, and human being. As opposed to being caught up with the comparison to those around me, I want to improve on focusing on my own journey and celebrating every aspect of it, no matter what the achievements or experiences may entail.
Perspective Points: A podcast that is intended to be an outlet for me (and you!) to share thoughts about mindfulness. Ranging from topics like personal experiences and the lessons I have learned from them to general discussion about one's purpose, I want this to be a place where not only myself, but anyone can share their perspective on what is meaningful in their life.
