A Pew Research study shows that most (56%) support DEI efforts in the workplace. However, employers’ main concern remains performance, but what they fail to realize is employee performance is synonymous with confidence at work. For many people of color, they do not always have self-assurance on the job because they are fighting to be included, their ideas to be valued and to have a voice.
