In today's episode, the ladies are discussing how life shifts and changes, and how friendships are part of that evolution process. In this episode Jess and Laura have a broad brush conversation about various aspects of Leadership - such as the importance of leadership, what makes a good leader, and some of their own experiences, both as leaders and working under other leaders. Plus, of course, there's the "What I learned this week" segment - and some background input from a special "guest". 

In this episode Laura and Jessi discuss a topic that might be unfamiliar to some, but to others, like themselves, is as familiar as the air they breath. That topic is Evangelical Christianity. While both Laura and Jessi have moved away from this space personally, they still feel it represents a significant sub cultural that is influential in many ways, and worth a conversation. 

This episode gets off to a bit of a rocky start, as it is the 3rd take at recording, due to technical issues during the first 2 takes! But despite being tired, Jess and Laura relentlessly press on to have a conversation about personalities, personality typing systems, and how they are valuable in the workplace and in relationships. They also introduce the regular segment they will be adding to each episode...check it out!

Jess and Laura are taking their Perspectives on all sorts of subjects and venturing into the world of podcasts! They are total newbies at this, as you might be able to tell...they aren't particularly polished, there's no cool music yet, but all that will come! In this kick off episode, they introduce themselves, give us some background to their lives and their friendship, and kick off this new adventure.
