One of the best things about customer experience is that we can all relate whether we are experts at service or not because we are all customers of some sort to someone else. So, the golden rule is treat your customers the way you want to be treated as a customer. Better still, treat them the way they want to be treated...with respect, honor and dignity. They are important!

Time really is limited. We ought to identify the things that bring us joy and create time to do these things; and ensure that nothing steal these moments from us. This will make our lives more enjoyable, and us better people

Life happens fast. As we learn new things and postulate theories based on our experiences, we should also remember to be grateful. There is always so much to be grateful for!

This is about developing the discipline to look away even when you have reasons not to. There are so many things that stress us that we allow. You have the power to say no and turn away. Don’t be the reason for your unhappiness. Choose to look away

Whatever your experience in 2019 is so far, it is NOT FINAL. Things can change and your goals are still a possibility. It is not our you starts that matters, it is how you do the work that makes sure you finish strong!
