This episode, I zoomed with James Cant, founder of JCF Coaching.

James uses knowledge gained from years of experience as a pro bodybuilder and study of medical science at uni to coach everyday Aussies into 'bodybuilding champions.' Using information on the nervous system, endocrine system, digestive system and immune system, James estimates his program to be 10 years ahead of other 'mediocre' programs currently available in the health and fitness industry. He talks us through the business side of things and how important it is for entrepreneurs to always be in peak physical and mental health in order to have a successful business.
