Kings Park's Bali Memorial has been a moving and captivating monument to the deep and lasting effect the 2012 Bali Bombings have had on the WA public.

But now, thanks to Perth's rapid growth and without much forethought, the buildings of Elizabeth Quay have blocked the unique ray of light which illuminates the memorial at dawn.
