Don't be fooled by this city's name, it's not a warm climate like it's twin in South America.  In fact sitting by the border of Michigan, it's cold as balls...and to match the climate we get into one of the coldest murders yet.  A woman who's a serial marriage certificate applicant doesn't take too kindly when she's not the one filing for divorce.  Want to see pictures of the people involved, check out our Instagram:
