Sorry it's an AI text-to-speech, but it's better to read the reviews. It takes quit a bit longer for me to narrate this stuff (although I know I should), so this will hopefully suffice!

Do you brush your teeth with cereals?
In our world of products and consumerism, we cater for the dental health of our dogs and cats with dental "treats" and veterinarian recommended dental diets, both made from cereals, softeners, and sometimes sugars.
It's no wonder 80% of dogs have active dental disease by the age of 3, and the real question is why? What are we doing wrong? Why are so many dogs and cats suffering?
The truth is simpler than we think, and much more obvious than we thing.
This episode on dental disease / periodontal disease / dental health will give you the information you need to truly help your pet.
Ingredient splitting is one of the oldest tricks in the book, and it's designed to deceive us as consumers into believing a product is better than it actually is.
It's not just cat and dog foods either! Once you understand this trick you'll begin to understand what your food and your pet's food is really made from!

“Meat first” dog and cat foods - sounds great, but it's a marketing trick designed to trick you.
In this episode, we reveal how pet food labels deceive you into thinking there’s more meat in your pet food than there really is, and what you can look for instead to make smarter choices for your dog or cat.
I wrote about this on my How To Feed A Dog Blog many years ago - why do we feed our dogs the same brand of relatively tasteless dry dog food for every single meal and believe it is the right thing to do.
With my experience of pet foods and pet food marketing, it has to be said a pet food company loves to lock you in to their product for the lifespan of your dog.
This doesn't mean it's right, and it doesn't mean it's healthy.
Take a minute to consider yourself eating the same processed food for each and every meal. Not only would that be uninteresting, it is likely over time you will become intolerant of other foods, and if you reintroduce them into your diet you may get belly ache or diarrhea.
I advocate a varied (but appropriate) diet for our pet dogs and cats, both animals I view as carnivorous, and this is how I've fed my own pets for many years.
Be sure to read the many articles about feeding our pets on my website https://www.petfoodreviews.com.au/, and if you find the content useful please like or upvote this podcast.
Thank you!
In this podcast we discuss whether dog food is bad for cats - which it is - and the reasons why.
I consider most cat food bad for cats, so when it comes to feeding a cat dog food - especially dry dog food - this can lead to your cat becoming nutrient deficient or ill if you continue to feed the food.
If your cat steals food from the dog food bowl then don't worry about it, a one off shouldn't cause any harm.

In this podcast Rachel, a CPD accredited pet nutritionist, gives us an overview of Pedigree dog food - particularly the dry food formula Adult with Chicken.
Pedigree is a well known name in dog food, but many do not realise it's one of the many Mars brands of pet food. In terms of Mars brands in Australia, it sits at the more budget end of the scale compared to other Mars brands such as Optimum, Advance, and Royal Canin.
In this review of Pedigree dry dog food, Rachel speaks of the history of Pedigree (once Pal), what the main ingredients are, and how appropriate the ingredients may be for your dog as an animal with a carnivore bias.
