We looked back and celebrated God's presence with us in 2016. In worship, we sang songs of gratitude for God's love and faithfulness and provision, read Scriptures that speak to the centrality of God in our lives. We prayed, thanking God for the many blessings we received this past year.

As part of our worship service, we remembered our own baptisms and renewed our decision to follow Christ. Every year on this day we are called to holiness of life and renewed vocation.

We celebrated Epiphany, the climax of the Christmas season and the twelve days of Christmas. The term epiphany is Greek and means "to manifest" or "to show" and this season is associated with the first manifestations of Jesus. In Isaiah 60 we read of the light that will arise upon all people.
