When I was recording my weekly podcast at East Coast FM this week, a listener texted in to say that their dog was taking an unhealthy interest in slugs and snails. Should they worry about lungworm, and what should they do? I have discussed this recently, but it is clearly a topic that is worrying pet owners right now, so we covered the topic again in this podcast. I then told a tale of a recent confirmed case of lungworm that I had seen in practice just the week before.
