Give Me Sunshine
Give me sunshine when the morning wakes,
Let golden beams dance upon my face.
And give me rain, as soft as silver lakes,
To whisper dreams in gentle, cool embrace.
Let light and shadow weave their quiet art,
A tender balance in the endless sky.
For joy is bright, but sorrow shapes the heart,
And both must shine as moments pass us by.
Through golden rays and drops of fleeting mist,
I’ll walk the paths where light and rain unite.
Each step, a song of blessings long dismissed,
Yet found again in nature’s sweet delight.
So give me sunshine, give me rain anew,
For love and life are born from both in view.
