What happened to Taita the warlock

I have noticed in the most recent in this series that Taita's powers have all but been forgotten by their very author - still a solid story but an impotent Taita is no Taita at all....

A pale comparison to earlier work

By far the worst book he has written. Lacking in substance compared to the earlier in the series.

Worst ever Wilbur

I've read all his books. This is by far the worst. Boring. Over descriptive. Poor story. I wonder if Wilbur wrote this as it tries too hard. It's time to retire.
