Emylee and I are going to have another baby and were about to go on maternity leave. During this time, we wanted to take this opportunity to introduce you to some of our older podcasts from way back in the beginning. We started three years ago. And we're at the point now where we're undergoing our third expansion in two years, becoming what was once a small gym and now one of the largest gyms in Los Angeles.

Even though we can't teach every class anymore connecting with our members is an essential pillar for us Pharos. Today I'm joined by my co-owners and cofounders Jeffrey Scarborough and Emylee Covell as we dive into who we are and how we came together to create Pharos Athletic Club
