I share my 5 tips on self-care. After taking a few days off to my self, I remembered why self-care is so important. It re-energized my spirits and made me feel full with positive emotions. I was able to give back to others and show up for them. All of this could not have happen with out doing self-care and putting my self first. This action has not been an easy process because I had to learn this as an adult. Being Latinx I did not see this take place within my family, I am breaking the cycle of trauma to start a new process of positivity and feeling phenomenal. 

After having a few weeks of emotional challenges, this episode focuses on taking time to do self reflection. It is important to take some time for you and reflect on everything you have done in the last few months. I discuss what techniques I utilized and what I discover about reflection. This led to understanding how important is to feel joyful regardless of any other emotions you may have. Joyfulness is an internal process not just a feeling. Reflection and joyfulness led to feeling positive and phenomenal despite any circumstances that occur outside your control. Tune in for this episode of phenomenal you. 

How do I deal with anxiety? On this week's episode I discuss how I live with moments of anxiety. I explained what triggers anxiety, what tools I use to calm these feelings, and how I have the courage to sit through this process and love my self while finding my best phenomenal self. 

In this episode I get vulnerable and share how I don't always feel phenomenal. I discuss my feelings , what my challenges have been thus far and how it was difficult to share my narrative. This is a reminder that feeling and knowing you are phenomenal does take work. 

On this week's episode my friend Ammisha and I discuss Taking The Plunge and venturing into the unknown. Ammisha explains how life obstacles did not stop her from reaching her goals. This is a conversation focused on optimism and how challenges did not defeat Ammisha's purpose to become a professional in the healthcare field and be a role model for her family.
