Phil Fearon is a British record producer, singer, and songwriter, best known as the frontman of the 1980s band Galaxy. Galaxy, often billed as "Phil Fearon and Galaxy," achieved significant success with hits like "Dancing Tight," "What Do I Do?," and "Everybody's Laughing."
