Phil Graham is an established Sports Nutritionist, Trainer, Author and Fitness Educator who is internationally recognised for his work and contribution to the fitness industry, especially in regards to diabetes, business and self-development for fitness professionals.


Phil started his career as a dietitian and personal trainer. He is the founder of Diabetic Muscle and Fitness, the world’s largest fitness community for Type-1 diabetics. He is also a best-selling author of The Diabetic Muscle & Fitness Guide www.diabeticmuscleandfitness.com  – the best-selling book on diabetes. The book has been labelled a ‘Game Changer’ by many leading diabetic health care professionals worldwide.
He is regarded as one of the UK’s and Ireland’s leading fitness coaches.

Phil now educates and mentors thousands of fitness professionals and business owners worldwide on business and self-development through his own workshops, masterminds and attendance at health and fitness exhibitions and seminar all over the world. He has helped countless personal trainers and entrepreneurs successfully launch and scale their businesses from real life physical services (including gyms and supplements) right through to digital products and services, and his main area of focus at the moment is helping fitness professionals grow their businesses and excel in their niche.
