For their 10th episode of the season, Phil & Hill continue to discuss mental health issues and how they are handled, leading to a greater discussion on how a community is formed and how it should operate, and what is holding us back. They then go on to discuss their favorite podcasts outside of their show and what they'd like to achieve moving forward...

Phil & Hill are joined by their dear friend Wynter, who comes to chat with the guys about their life in the U.K., their hair and weight journey, and their experiences dealing with mental health. Out of respect for their bond and in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, they each tell their stories of vulnerable moments and how their struggles affect them mentally. But not to worry, there's still a ton of fun in this episode.

After two heavy-themed episodes, Phil & Hill return to the fun as they break down all the things they love to talk about like music, movies, gaming, and more, covering topics ranging from favorite rappers to actors' filmographies, and from the MCU to Dragon Ball Z as well as a brief sneak into some upcoming episodes!

Part of this "checking in" session focuses on Hill's current struggles in his life and how the film Creed III relates to his battle with his own vulnerability. Phil chimes in to reevaluate masculinity and highlights how the two of them have grown by being comfortable with opening up.

In what would be our first SPECIAL Episode, Phil calls for a healing session in which he discusses with Hill a rather dark chapter from his life in an effort to face his demons and begin to move forward. A warning that there is some senstive content in this episode, but it is a pivotal moment for Phil, and next episode, Hill will have a healing session of his own...
