  "You're just lying to the us government saying that these patients are classified as one to get that higher payment back. I've seen other cases like this. This is a pretty easy way to fraud Medicare. That is really kind of goes unchecked in a lot of cases. So it is important for the whistleblower to come forward to say, hey, this is what's going on so that the government can recognize that, recoup that money and give it back to the taxpayers."
