They reached out to share an event called Run for the Stripes which raises awareness and funds for a rare kind of cancer called Neuro Endocrine Tumor or NET. You probably haven’t heard about it but despite media accounts to the contrary this was the disease that actually took the lives of Aretha Franklin and Steve Jobs. It took away Jan’s life too.
