When families lose a loved one to a violent crime – they often don’t understand how to navigate the criminal justice system and know how to access the resources of victim services organizations. That’s why Roz Pichardo founded Operation Save our City. She turned her own experience losing a brother to a shooting and almost dying herself after a brutal attack to help homicide victim families.
