Welcome back to the Happiness In Movement Podcast - we've had a break from making podcasts, taking time to focus on myself and look after my own mental health.
For season 2 I am going to be interviewing a wide range of guests from various roles within healthcare and fitness to discuss what they do and some of their ideas about mental health.
