Based on God's character, Paul teaches that true love abounds in knowledge and depth of insight. True love is action-based, and as it grows, it produces fruit that is seen and felt by people and, obviously, by God. God expresses His love for us through His faithfulness; the challenge is to return His love by seeking knowledge and depth of insight by discerning God's BEST and not settling for less based on worldly compromise.
